1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing tianrou.net ("Platform"), operated by TIANROU ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Services

TIANROU operates an informational and e-commerce platform for specialty 3D printing filaments. Services include product catalogs, online quotes, OEM configurator, document libraries, and technical guides. Specific services may have their own supplementary terms (e.g., OEM partnership agreements, distributor contracts), which take precedence if signed as a contract.

3. Your account and obligations

If you create an account (optional), you are responsible for safeguarding credentials. You agree to provide accurate, non-fraudulent information when submitting RFQs, sample requests, and distributor applications.

4. Intellectual property rights

All trademarks, technical data sheets, illustrations, product photography, and copy are © TIANROU or its licensors. TIANROU™ and the TIANROU logo are used by the brand owner; all other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. You may not republish TDS/SDS documents without our prior written consent. Private-label customers receive artwork licenses as part of their written OEM agreements.

5. Technical data disclaimer

Data published on this Platform (mechanical properties, print temperatures, colors, certifications) are indicative only. Actual performance is specified on the lot-numbered CoA shipped with each order. Printed part performance varies by printer, geometry, annealing, and environment.

6. Pricing, quotes and payment

Prices shown are in USD ex-works Shenzhen unless explicitly stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Standard payment terms: T/T 30% deposit / 70% against copy of BL. Payment terms for a specific order are stated in the quotation.

7. Shipping, title and risk of loss

Title passes to Buyer at the point of Incoterm specified on the commercial invoice. Risk of loss transfers per applicable Incoterms® 2020 definition. Shipping is arranged with the carrier selected for each shipment.

8. Warranty

TIANROU warrants that every reel is free from manufacturing defects at the time of dispatch. The warranty term, the available remedy and the applicable exclusions for a specific order are stated in the quotation and in the terms of sale; they are not fixed by this page. Misuse, improper storage and normal wear are excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIANROU's total aggregate liability for any claim (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) is limited to the invoiced price of the materials to which the claim relates. TIANROU is not liable for consequential, indirect, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits.

10. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control: natural disasters, war, sanctions, pandemics, port congestion, or government export/import bans.

11. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute shall be resolved first via good-faith negotiation; failing that, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Shenzhen Nanshan District People's Court.

12. Termination and changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post material changes on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes become effective 30 calendar days after posting.
