PEI (polyetherimide) is an amorphous high-temperature engineering polymer with excellent strength, stiffness and inherent flame resistance. Heated enclosure required.
- Nozzle 360-390°C, bed 120-140°C
- Dry at 120-150°C for 4-6h before printing
- All-metal hotend essential — no PTFE in the hot zone
