1. Controller and contact

2. Categories of personal data we collect

We collect only information that you voluntarily provide when using our Platform:

• Account & preferences: language, region, currency — stored locally in your browser cookies / localStorage.
• RFQ and contact forms: name, company, job title, email address, phone, country, order details, description of your request.
• Customer documents: regulatory certificates, import customs IDs, distributor agreements, project drawings and BOM (if provided).
• Anonymous analytics (optional): Google Analytics / Plausible anonymized page-view counters. You can opt out via the cookie banner.

3. Legal basis and purposes of processing

We process your personal data solely: (a) to perform a contract you requested (e.g. issue a quotation, arrange shipping); (b) for our legitimate interests (e.g. prevent abuse, improve documentation); or (c) based on your explicit consent (e.g. newsletter subscriptions).

4. Retention

RFQ data: retained for 7 years from last interaction. ERP records required by tax/export law: 10 years per PRC & international accounting standards. You may request erasure at any time subject to overriding legal obligations.

5. International transfers

When you request DDU / DDP shipments outside mainland China, the minimum information (name, address, phone, company, customs ID) is sent to our contract logistics partners in the destination country under Standard Contractual Clauses / Article 38 mechanisms. 6. Your rights

• Right to access, rectification, and erasure (right to be forgotten).
• Right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting lawfulness of prior processing based on consent).
• Right to data portability (we deliver a JSON export of your submissions within 10 business days).
• Right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (EU: state Data Protection Authority; CN: CAC 网信办).

8. Children

Our Platform is not directed to children under 16. If we learn we collected information from a child under 16, we delete it immediately.
