Can I request samples before a large order?
Sample requests are submitted through the RFQ form. Sample size and any charge are confirmed with the quotation.

Payment terms are confirmed with the quotation and depend on order value, destination and the agreed Incoterms.

Where do you ship from?
Production is scheduled against confirmed orders; shipping method and Incoterms are quoted per destination. We do not publish warehouse locations or fixed delivery windows.

Do you ship dangerous goods?
Filament grades are generally non-hazardous for transport. Where a material needs specific transport documentation, it is listed with the quotation and the accompanying SDS.

Which printers are compatible?
Our 1.75 mm filament is intended for standard FDM printers with a suitable hotend. Check the required nozzle temperature and bed surface for the material against its datasheet.

Do you offer custom diameters & tolerances?
1.75 mm and 2.85 mm are offered. The tolerance grade is confirmed per product once the specification is agreed.

Dry-box < 20% RH; vacuum-sealed; dry 80°C × 4-6 hours before print.

Food-contact suitability depends on the exact material, additives and the finished printed part. We confirm which compliance documents are available for a grade on request.
